In response to the qq qun, it honestly might be nice to have a general osu mahjong community as opposed to a branch of the chinese mapper qq qun...

Why the hell would you want to talk about mahjong in a circle clicking game? If you want to talk about mahjong, go to an external IRC server specialized in mahjong discussions, that's all. We simply cannot create a channel about every type of discussion in the chat.
