Snows throughout the entire winter here, usually starting in November and ending late March. One year it kept snowing even through April.
Snows a fair bit in England when winter is around, no luck this time though.

When I used to live in North Italy, yes.
Normally it would snow more here but this year, I'm getting 0.37 inches of snow.
We have snow every year but not so much and it melts quickly as tempreture is near zero almost all the time. Sometimes we have -20 like yesterday with TONS of snow but it is too hot comparing with Siberia where -50 is normal.

I kinda like snow. I just don't like the 60km/h winds that came with the snow last week where I live.
