Good points. In fact, character blandness is usually the most common complaint I see. I like how the story is more focused in the nations than the characters themselves, so this is probably personal taste. Vaan was pretty dull, but I've always seen Ashe as the leading character... not that it's any better, ha. Well, I like Ashe though.awp wrote:

Balthier had the best lines in the game imo, and his character was overall very well written. He would've made quite the main character (well, he was the leading man after all, haha). I felt that Fran didn't get much spotlight besides the parts concerning Viera, but her character was also good. And are you talking about FFXII world? It's Ivalice.awp wrote:

On topic, I felt the urge of playing Final Fantasy X for no reason today. I may end up playing it from the start, but all those tutorials are so damn annoyingg.
