Only a few ideas:

2:18:751 and a little after: Maybe a the slider goes into that first vocal hit rather than adding having that first hit under the end of the slider?
4:14:150 - 4:14:750: These sliders seem really out of place, considering how you've been following the song the whole time.

Otherwise, I think this is fantastic. Definitely enjoy how things get quite crazy during the final reprise of the chorus. Always like a good spin like that.

Yeah, I'm gonna start on that normal as promised, finally got relieved of some things.
Btw, the timing is slightly off at the beginning. Try:

BPM 187 Offset 769
BPM 186 Offset 5930 (here is where you have to put your spinner in your Insane for it to work nicely)

With this, the vocals at the start match perfectly.

Oh yeah you might want to fix the source, apparently the correct source according to multiple anime sites is "Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!" without the quotes.

Lol snapped all green lines and objects and disabled letterbox, and added tags. I kinda forgot xd

Taiko stuff will be fixed later on.
Also cleaned up some new combos in Insane.

00:17:220 (13) - What about deleting this circle? Since there isn't an actual note there, and it kinda fits the song more imo, giving a "hold-on" feel to it.

00:58:027 (1) - This should be snapped on 1/6 along with 02:10:285 (4) - and 02:20:607 (1) -

01:01:414 (1,2) - I don't want to say those sliders are ugly but... They aren't quite good looking imo :c I'm sure you can come up with something better like you did for the rest of the map!

01:48:833 (3,4) - Aww I expected a jump there, it seems like such a good place for one. Feels lackluster with only those 2 sliders :c

02:50:446 (3) - I'd really make this a reverse slider and then have a circle 02:51:091 - there. Placing the circle at the same place as the 1/2 slider ( 02:50:930 (4) - ) Make for a good jump and imo works better overall. Just feels awkward/weird currently.

03:42:381 (7,8,9,10) - Maybe shape the stream to something like this instead ? Feels better to me.

00:09:800 (1) - Huhh idk, this feels rather awkward to me. Mind trying to split into 2 sliders instead? I don't really see this working too well, especially since I don't hear a reason for it in the song.

01:29:155 (2) - What about something like this ? Seems to feel better than the "return slider then head toward previous location" thingy. You also used some 5-stream around the map so this shouldn't feel out of place.

01:53:026 (2) - I don't wanna bitch about this overlap with previous hitburst, but just in case some people would point it out later you might want to try doing something about this already. Same for 03:59:962 (7) - too.

The sliders feels quite fast compared to the AR, so I'd suggest either raising the AR by 1, either... reduce the overall sliderspeed. But that's probably a bit too much so raising the AR by 1 seems reasonable.

00:01:571 (4) - I am reaaaally not sure about this one. There isn't an actual note there, and it's not even mapped on the higher diffs either... I don't think it has its place here. I think it has to go.

I've played around with diff settings for now, changed the AR to 5.5 and OD to 4.5 to make it a bit more forgiving for a Normal
