I'm sorry to have to say this, but I cannot complete the mod of your normal mode until you have re-snapped all the notes. It is very difficult for me to make suggestions because your note's are to inconsistent.

00:15:264 (1,2) - is it possible to take a look at the spacing of these two notes? they are to close.
01:30:264 (5,1,1) - these three notes here, i think they could be spaced better. Once again, too close. and over lapping.
02:04:764 (2,3) - overlapping
02:06:764 (3,4,5,6) - ^
02:34:431 (4,5,6) - ^
02:48:264 (2,1,1) - ^
03:07:931 (1,2,3) - not sure if overlapping or meant to make it like this.

Overall, the difficulty is good. I would suggest lowering the AR though, but that's up to you. Also, might i suggest remapping some parts, to make them more symmetrical? ^^ I also like the heart's in this one *-* Wish i could do them haha.

Try "Brother" instead of "Normal"
"Brother" could relate to "Son" so that's a plus!!

*I notice you changed it to "Cruel", either "Brother" or "Cruel" would work...

I can easily SS it (no, not because I made it)

and lowereing HP or OD to 4 makes no sense :o

Also, you shouldn't always look at the star rating. Sometimes it doesn't make sense, like now.

There are surely many random jumps. However, this does not give a severe disorder for a play. Because mapping style collapses, there are no most changes.
I am glad to point out a bad place if I give the solution.
I think about a sheet of music and intend to make it. If you have been able to see it at random, I am sorry.
And I may understand it only after you play map experimentally. Please learn it.
