  3. 00:15:304 - Why are you using a normal finish here? A soft one (not custom!) fits much better within the part being quiet :<

I strongly recommend you use only normal hitsounds sampleset and keep 70-80% loud, 'cuz it confused players when changing. However, it's only suggestion.

Mabye try to add some finish notes?...

    00:44:765 (1) - 1/2遅らせて00:44:948 (1)から始めたほうが拍としてもいいかなと思いますし、スライダーが終わってから回し始める感じがちゃんとするので落ち着いてスピナーに移れると思います。現状でも問題ありませんがスライダーが終わった直後から回せてしまうので、ちょっと急かされてる感じがします。
    01:05:984 (3) - このスライダーの音取りは十分理解できますが、前後に開いた空間が少し大きくリズムが不安定になる気がしました。01:05:801 にノートを追加するとかなり印象が変わると思うのですがどうでしょう。
    01:11:106 (1) - ここはスピナーをこのような形で置いてしまうより、他のノートで曲をfollowした方が合っている気がします。
    01:14:948 - 01:15:679 - 音が極端に少なく、寂しい感じがします。また、01:16:045 (4) に1/2で音が入っている為少し浮いてしまっている感じがするので、これらの部分に音を追加した方がいいと思います。

00:03:984 (1) - Probably too late to fix this, but this hit circle is technically stacked with the previous spinner's hit circle, which can confuse beginners. Novice players tend to spin WIDE and needs more time to react fast enough to hit this circle after.
00:44:594 (1,2,3) - Pretty tricky pattern for an Easy Difficulty. Not a good idea to stack/overlap notes on Easy.

[Normal and Hard]
-> Both Normal and Hard Difficulties is good already! I have nothing to point out!
