I am shocked that you didn't even google on how to disable IE.
And you could've simply unpinned it from the taskbar and deleted the shortcut from the desktop.

This has to do with how Windows Explorer is built.
It's built around IE.It hasn't been since Windows 7.

I've Googled it before,just won't delete

If you're that desperate to remove the taskbar icon then right click > unpin

Do you not know how to make shortcuts on your desktop (or start menu hinthintcoughcough) so instead you just install it there so you can run it like that?
