Oh, I'm noticing that just now.
The custom normal-hitnormal you are using doesn't fit the song as it should.
It gives the effect of an "empty" sound during gameplay and it's pretty weird o.o
What about to use a different one? You can find some of them here: viewtopic.php?f=56&t=15407
I have 36218(-4ms) as 2nd offset, don't forget to resnap all elements and green lines after timing changes

00:00:468 (1,1,2) - Add custom whistles on these sliders' heads too to emphasize the "clashes" in the song
00:09:773 (1,2) - ^
00:23:977 (2) - I guess you forgot to add whistles on the slider's head and tail
00:25:447 (1,3) - I'd use default normal finishes on these 2 circles, 45% volume on (1) and 35% volume on (3). It fits the sound much better for the same reason I wrote above in general :\
00:33:283 (1,2,3) - Same of 00:00:468 (1,1,2)
00:36:222 (1) - Default finish please. I really dislike this finish o.o
00:41:609 (2,2) - Same of 00:25:447 (1,3) on (2)'s tail and on (2) circle

- Fixed a wrong tag
- Fixed the wrong offset in the Taiko Diff
- Fixed some unsnapped sliders in the Hard Diff
- Fixed some unsnapped elements in the Taiko Diff
- Fixed some wrong hitsounds
