I gradually began to play a bit better. Which rank can be considered as normal result?

You need a different goal while playing. Instead of thinking "I just want to pass this map", try thinking "I want an SS". i.e. aim to 100% accuracy every run.
If you try doing this, you'll have to think about things differently, and even low level maps would become very fun.
Note: if you suddenly get a 100, don't just quit. Your accuracy will drop below 100% and 100% will no longer be possible, but keep aiming to be as close to 100% as still possible in the rest of the run. The point is - try to hit everything for a 300. This will teach you to read maps correctly.
If you're not actively trying to read the map correctly, you'll be stuck just mashing keys "more or less" by when and where, and this will prevent you from improving to higher levels.

Just play any random hard map you feel like playing. Then, once in a while, play some normal maps, see if you improved somewhat. Multiplayer helps, but won't help much if you're not the one to wait for the other players to finish downloading the map and click ready, or if your internet's somewhat slow (which most likely isn't the case). Also, try playing any random easy insane maps. They're gonna punish you for real, but will also help you improve.

I think noobs just adjust to tablets faster because they don't have to worry about learning how to set it up or grip it or what not. Most people grip a pen more naturally than they grip a mouse, and it's easier to understand the concept behind area vs the concept behind DPI and all else that goes into mouse use. Not to mention that I think tablets ignore Windows cursor settings.

If you still need help the best way I think to do it is to play the medium levels with the hardcore mod I think it is and the speed increase mod then go and play a hard beatmap without the mods. you will fail a lot but it will really help you advance. this is how I did it
