i'm a newbie modder so my mod might be bad.

[General]
You background image is 1365*768 when rankable size is 1024*768 or 800*600. You should resize it.
You have unsnapped green timing sections :
01:41:537 - snap to 01:41:543
01:43:508 - snap to 01:43:515
01:52:508 - snap to 01:52:515
01:54:565 - snap to 01:54:572
01:55:251 - snap to 01:55:258
02:00:656 - snap to 02:00:658
Use grid size 4 is better

[Normal]
00:52:258 (1,2,3,4) - Check Spacing
01:03:573 (1,2,3) - Move a little because the 2 overlapped whit slider tracks don't looks realy good.
01:13:172 (2,1) - The 1 start point is partialy hidden by 2 track and it looks bad, move them?
01:52:600 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) - Why the spacing is closer here? It's a little confusing you should change
01:55:343 - Why the normal end here?!? Semi mapped diffs is no more actual you should map to the end.

[Hard]
From 01:00:487 - to 01:11:458 - Try remake batterns with a begger spacing because there is too many bad overlaps here
01:31:686 (3,4,5) - Move (5) so (3,4) tracks don't partialy hide it
01:43:686 (1,2,3) - Change 1 form and position because it looks bad (It overlaps 2 end point and 3 start point)
02:20:029 (1,2) - This looks realy bad and I'm not sure about rankability of this because we can't realy see (2) track
