Agree with Lissette about the breaks, extra break time wouldn't hurt.

SV feels too high here too. It's higher than Roddies Normal >_>

02:24:584 - Remove this small break, just start the spinner earlier like Hard.
02:56:274 (1) - Think it would be better as 1/1 like the rest of this section.

00:19:936 (1,2) - Maybe just delete this. It seemed strange to have a break, 2 sliders and then a spinner =S
00:57:330 (2) - Rhythm felt odd. Maybe delete it and add a note at 00:57:753 - or something like 01:38:105 (2,3,4) -

Agree with Lissette here the SV feels too high, not like a Normal.

00:50:359 (1,2) - Feels blank, maybe use a slider or something like the other choruses.

02:23:316 (1,2,3,4,5) - The angle of this from 02:22:894 (2,3,4) - is awkward to play, I think it'd be better to have one longer stream adding a note like ^
02:36:838 (3) - I think the spacing should be the same as 02:35:992 (1,2) - because jump is kinda unexpected and doesn't flow as well as the other.

Final thoughts!

[General]

Normal + sounds a bit silly how about changing Normal + to Hard and Hard to Insane. The spread would then look like: Easy > Roddies Normal > Hard > Insane > Fate.

[Easy]

00:53:316 (2) - Angle is a bit awkward and seems a bit too close to 00:52:049 (1) - move the angle of this note so it's like 00:58:387 (2) - ?
01:22:894 (4,1) - Maybe move the direction of 01:22:894 (4) - so it flows better?

[Roddie's Normal]

Would be great if this had the addition break time like Normal +
