Very much true. Over 30PP for one #1 on a normal diff, about 3PP in total for over 20 #2-5s on insane diffs -sob-
What I'm a bit curious about is this one thing, which most likely does not apply, but if there is a set PP amount that is distributed between where players score, or of its simply calculated and added to ones total once they play something. It would be neat to see a system that would simply have a set amount of PP per difficulty, that amount being based of the difficulty of said map and how many people have played it, whereoff how well you score the bigger the chunk of that PP total you'll get, and the more you will be taking from the people whos scores you beat.
But in all honesty, the PP system is not far from just as unfair as the previous one. Rather then skill, it seems to favor what rank you got, whereoff how how you made it work seems to be really unbalanced, and pretty much is irrelevant to actual difficulty. Don't get me wrong tho, I by far prefer it over the old rank system, but it still needs loads of work and tweaking.
