Those slowdowns are there because the song is softer. A softer part should fit well with a less-dense + slower part :3

I prefer using HP 4 because this is an easier taiko diff ( ~7*). Some less-experienced players may have difficulty in passing easy taiko diffs if the HP is set to 5, which is also a setting used in some 10* or above diffs. imo HP 4 suits well for easier diffs :3

  1. Hmm, i think you can cut the 7 second blank spot in the start of music.

  1. 00:40:820 (2,3) - I think this beat doesnt follow the music properly. In the music, there is no beat that start in here 00:40:820- and here 00:42:359 (3) - . Because you add a note in that time, it doesnt follow the music properly and sounds off from the music. It is best to just focus to one beat at time, like piano or something. Here, this is just a general idea how to insert a beat in this time : http://osu.ppy.sh/ss/515233 . You can extend (00:40:052 (1) -) length until reach 00:40:628- and then add a 1/1 slider at this time 00:41:012- so it will end at the cymbal sounds from the music. Since i'm focus at the cymbal sounds here, it's best to add another note to cover the cymbal sounds here 00:42:166-.
  2. 00:34:665 (2,3) - Same case as above.
  3. 00:52:166 (1) - I think you should start the spinner at 00:52:359- since you can hear a heavy beat from the song there.
  4. 00:58:128 (3,1,2,3,4) - Ugh, you just spamming 1/1 note at this time. But the music is not playing at 1/1 rythim. So it's sounds very off in my perspective. It's same case as 00:40:820 (2,3) -. So you can fix this by yourself. Well, just pm if you need a general idea how to fix this.
  5. 01:07:743 (2) - Same, i think this silder is off from the music too. Well, its simple to fix this. Just delete this slider and add a circle in this time 01:07:936-.
  6. 01:10:052 (3,4) - Same case, i think this one is not follow the music very well too. Well, just reduce this slider length 01:10:052 (3) - by 1/2 and then move 01:11:205 (4) - 1/2 backward too.
  7. 01:21:589 (1) - I think its better to change the whistle at the slider start to finish sounds. Follow the cymbal sounds from the song properly.

It's different from others. And yes, with the new offset, i think the new offset start too early. So it's best to add +10ms to all timing point and resnap all note in all diff.

and you can place a jump on the accents, or the music that needs to accentuate. ex:00:10:015 - ,00:10:785 - ,00:11:554 - 00:12:131 - etc...
