I would like to use this character as an avatar: http://puu.sh/t8Jl (2nd version, a bit bigger and with brighter colours but a bit more blurred). She is Ashley from the WarioWare video game series and the pic is extracted from this video.
Unfortunately, I have no idea how to make a good avatar with it while keeping as many details as possible (the long hair especially; the wand and part of the yellow storm if possible)
The idea is to show the demonic part of the character.
If you are okay to deal with this, it would be greatly appreciated No problem if you don't want to.
(no transparency needed, the original black and gray background is cool enough; 1px-wide border at your discretion; no rounded borders)
