Hi, IceBeam~
As my promise in my PM to you, here's my mod~
Actually I want to get my 400th kudosu here... But yesterday (when I was modding this) -HaRuNa- asked for an IRC mod, so... yeah >< I won't touch the timing, though...
[General]
-> Delete Artist - Title (IceBeam).osb ^^
-> Preview time in Vass' Easy is very different with Hard, and it's missing the source as well
-> Also, I'm quite worried with the .mp3's filename, it shows as AudioFilename: Le Chevalier D'_Eon - Aya - .mp3, but perhaps I'm just thinking about it too much (as it works perfectly in-game)~
[Vass' Easy]
Oh, and thank you Hitomi May for the mod~

- 00:18:295 (1,2,3) - I think if you want to make an encircle pattern here, it's better to use it on (1) instead of (3), because you can face (3) to the right with a slight curve to get flow but you don't have much space for (1) here xD
- 00:22:795 (3) - Err, is the finish here intentional? It's usable though, I just personally feel it's too strong for here ><
- 00:38:170 (2) - Hmm, the soft-hitfinish should be on the slider's end instead (1/2 after downbeat) as you did mostly next I suppose? The slider's start should be using normal hitsample imo xD
- 00:41:170 (x) - If you do the suggestion above, add circle here with normal hitsample as well, so the hitsound doesn't feel discontinued?
- 00:57:295 (4) - Minor stuff, but quite obvious this slider isn't symmetrical (moving the waypoints few grids right and up would easily fix this xD)
- 01:09:295 (1) - Add a soft hitsample inherit section 1/4 after the slider starts (normal sliderslide sounds abrupt for this one), also I think that double bezier waypoint in the middle could be replaced by a single linear here:
- 01:14:545 (1) - (optional) Actually I'm not fond of this combo-color (: Try red (combo color 8) here?
- 01:24:295 (4,5,1) - I like the idea of three finishes, but I think it still can be improved by using hitsound volume dynamics here (40% -> 50% -> 60%) - this suggestion applies for next parts like this
- 01:31:607 (1) - Would be nice if this is made symmetrical (move the midpoint few grids down) so it will give a more solid flow with your next (2,3,4), but this isn't a big issue
- 02:00:295 (3,4,1,2) - This part's pattern is quite random imo, although your next 02:04:795 (3,4,1) is patterned already. Perhaps try to create a diamond pattern here? The spacing from (2) to (3) is still consistent, though:
- 02:26:545 (5) - Not perfectly symmetrical to (3) when CTRL+H'ed (barely noticeable, though)
- 02:36:295 (1) - Why soft-hitfinish again? You already have a soft-hitfinish on (4), and it's better to use a normal sampleset as you don't need another soft-hitfinish this soon after your previous one (you also used normal-sampleset on 01:09:295 (1), though)
- 03:00:295 (1,2) - (optional) I prefer to use two circles on (2) to continue the flow like this, but it's up to you:
- 03:13:795 - Drag the break exactly to the downbeat here?
- 03:33:295 (1) - (optional) I'd rather curve this to the top-left instead of right (because it will let this slider encircle both your previous slider and your next circle[/u], but it's purely optional
- 03:48:295 (3) - Err, why use soft-hitsample here on slider end? Previously on 03:37:795 you used normal-hitsample on slider end, and I think it's better to use normal-hitsample on slider end as well here
- 04:25:045 (2,1) - (optional) Make (2) encircle your previous slider, and put (1) in the bottom-right of (2)?
- 04:27:295 (1) - Use pink combo-color here for the ending (as IceBeam used in his Hard diff)?
- 00:05:170 (6) - Just minor stuff though, I personally it will look tidier if (4)'s start, (5)'s end, and (6) could make a solid and equally-distanced triangle (by moving this one grid left and down)
- 00:08:357 (5) - Use soft-hitwhistle here? Normal-hitsample (if any) should be used on 00:08:545 I guess (because of the drum sound there), and as there's no note there I think you should use a whistle here
- 00:22:795 (1) - (optional) I'd rather curve this to the left with a slight curve downward because this slider will carry a followpoint to your next (2) instead of having a followpoint being carried from 00:22:232 (4) - the followpoint will build more flow if the slider is curved this way imo
- 00:44:170 (6) - Perhaps move the endpoint one grid left or right to emphasize the semi-parallel effect here? (don't know the right words to describe it... orz ><)
- 00:53:920 (7) - (optional) Maybe CTRL+R? Jump from this slider to (1) will be more fun this way imo~
- 01:00:295 (1) - Err... Maybe curve this upward a bit? (all of your 0.5x sliders are curved except for this one orz :3)
- 01:08:545 (6,7,8) - Hmm, idk, I prefer to move (6) downward a bit here so the triangle formed on (6,7,8) will be more natural (don't forget to curve (4) downward (instead of upward) as well if you do this suggestion: )
- 01:26:920 (2) - Maybe move this to the far up-left (I use x:108 y:88 here) so the (1,2,1)'s jump will form a solid triangle? (idk if you feel this is too extreme, though ><)
- 01:34:045 (3) - Space it a bit more from (2)? As 01:32:920 (10,1) and your previous patterns are using a wider spacing, I think it's best to use the same spacing as they did here~
- 01:53:732 (10) - Add whistle on slider's end also? (you put a whistle on red ticks with 1/1 delay on 01:56:357 (6,7) already)
- 02:15:107 (3) - Should be 3x-repeating 1/6 slider instead of a 1/8 slider here (I already tested using 25% playback rate)
- 02:31:795 (5) - Move it lower? (I think, to emphasize this part's arc, this slider should be placed lower than (4))
- 02:32:357 (6,7) - They aren't perfectly parallel as your previous parallel sliders, is this intentional?
- 02:48:295 (1) - Again here, it's quite obvious this slider isn't made symmetrical, is this intentional? (imo it will look tidier to make this intentionally symmetrical: )
- 02:50:170 (6) - Same as above here (I think if you've done fixing the slider above, you can just copy-paste and flip it here)
- 03:24:670 (2) - (optional) Place this more to the left to give more variation to this jump? Like this:
- 03:36:670 (2) - As this is a 1/1 slider, perhaps curve this upward slightly as your previous 1/1 sliders? (you can also make this slider encircle your previous (9) from the outside, though~)
- 03:50:451 (x) - I personally feel it's quite missing a note here (to form a triple), but you don't need to fix this as your current pattern is so good already ><
- 04:06:482 (2) - Move this one grid down and right for consistency between (11,12,1,2)
- 04:17:545 (8,3) - Err... Not perfectly stacked, but this is very barely noticeable for players xD
Oh, and thank you Hitomi May for the mod~
