Streams, 3 hit notes (have nearest distance) = both have to appear 100's and 50's and sometimes misses..
Distance snap notes when try to hit'em.
200 bpm and above
Streams with some reverse arrows..
and some jumping notes.

Jumpy patterns (cause I use mouse) and Spinners (I dont like them they are tiring) also in CTB you often miss notes after and before spinners because they are disguised D:

Streams. Anything above 180 I get unstable. 225ish+ I simply can't keep up anymore if it's more than like 7 or 8 notes.

High approch rates (Can't read it.)

Slow Streams/Fast Streams/3 hit streams/12th note streams (Slow=130-160 BPM; Fast=215 and above)
High Drain Rate/Accuracy Maps (I HATE MAPS LIKE THIS!)

Low ARs. I sometimes play much better with hardrock on many low AR maps.

Been noticing another one lately, fast trip notes back to back. Like Revolution Deathsquad in the stream compilation, right when it starts. And the start of banned forever. Been trying to eliminate it lately, but it's slow

Sometimes I feel like I am fighting with my mouse to keep a grip on it and get it from place to place on very fast BPM maps, or maps with long jumps that cause me to have to strain my grip.

I can't stream anything above 220 unless it's a burst stream. My single tapping is also pretty weak, my fastest single tap is 240 1/2.

i do it with HR + HD, but if HR is high ARs, i can read but its little too late to respond..

DT, 9-10 AR, 200+ bpm, long slow streams with high accuracy requirements (maps like VANESSA on ANOTHER diff, tho I can S it the accuracy is right around 95%)

biggest issue: maps that are so fast I can't decide if it's better to use 2 fingers on kb for most of it or 1.

Might as well update.

Long streams higher than 150 (30-40+ note), 200 is more like 20-25 notes, 240 is 10, and so on...

Small circle stream maps (Vanessa on EX diff...:/
Fast patterned jumps, I either hit every one of them or none at all (Masterpiece of example, though something faster)

And maps that have really high difficulty level with really high HP drain and not a lot of notes -_-
