GeneralHyper00:45:504 (1,1,1) - This combo spam doesn't fit the music very well -- you should remove it because it's silly as fuck.

congratulations your hyper is flawless. Talked about some weird beat-placement over skype but it wasn't of much concern
Normal00:31:104 (4) - I'm not a fan of this repeat slider -- it doesn't fit the song very well which makes the slider after it play weird. Here's what I would do to fix it: Remove one of the repeats; move 00:32:064 (1) to 00:31:584; add a beat at 00:33:024. Not only does the slider now fit the vocals, it plays smoothly. For extra incentive, you did the somewhat of the same thing at 00:39:264. CONSISTENCY IS GOOD
00:33:504 (3,4) - This is more of a light suggestion, but for the sake of following the vocals and being a cool kid, make these two hit circles into a single slider. You should definitely do this.
00:41:184 (3,4,5) - No, you're doing this wrong! I suppose I should explain why. If you want your map to be good, you should place your beats properly. Slider ends on heavier beats are not good. Anyways, the way I suggest will follow both the beat and the vocals better, so you should listen closely: Start with (3) and make it into a 1-beat slider, which will overlap (4); delete (4), because it is now being overlapped by (3); Add another 1-beat slider at 00:42:144; finally, add a 1-beat slider at 00:43:104. This not only follows the vocals more clearly, it calls for a smooth transition into the next slider at 00:43:824.
Timeline Reference00:48:864 (3,4) - Alright, same problem. I don't need to explain myself again, so here it goes: convert (3) into a 1-beat slider; (4) is now being overlapped, remove the object; add a 1/2-beat slider that repeats two times at 00:49:824 and remove the overlapping object. Now that is cleared up, we need to focus on the next part a little bit...
00:50:784 (1) - Same problem, different part of the map. Add a 1-beat slider starting here and remove the slider at 00:51:264; Add a beat at 00:51:744 or make that object and (3) into a slider; Convert the object at 00:52:704 into a 1-beat slider and remove the overlapping element. You can add another hit circle at the next object, but I think adding two repeats on (4) would do more justice. Also, it would be a better transition to the next part of the song.
00:55:104 (1) - Now that section is fixed, so we need to work on this one a little bit -- Move this slider to the downbeat at 00:54:624, just like before; add a beat at 00:56:064; remove the hit circle at 00:56:544 and move the slider at 00:57:024 in it's place; add a hit circle at 00:57:984. Great, now all of those sections follows the music very well. I know it's menial, but it's important if you want your map to be great.
01:04:224 (4) - I totally understand why you would have this slider end on an off-beat (to follow the vocals), but you need to remember that this is a normal and that it even surprised me when I first came across it. I would extend it one tick and add a repeat. If you don't, that's ok too.
01:08:064 (3,4,5) - I'd do the same thing here -- make these three hit circles into a 1-beat slider that repeats once. It still follows the beat while at the same time making the map less confusing in general. If you don't follow the above suggestion and this one right here, at least turn these three notes into a 3/4 beat slider that repeats once.
01:11:904 (4) - Same deal -- do as you wish.
01:17:664 (1,2) - fff, the beat-placement problems appear once again. Let's get this over with -- you know the drill. This will follow the vocals better, etc: Convert (1) into a 1-beat slider and remove (2); remove the slider at 01:19:104 and add a hit circle at the start-point; make 01:20:544 into a 1-beat slider and remove the slider at 01:21:024; add a 1-beat slider and a new combo at 01:21:504 (1) and remove the overlapping slider; add a beat at 01:22:464.
I know you have to work a little bit to make this map great, but there are only those specific beat placement problems that you need to focus on.
