I always get the feeling that this is a shoujo version of Hikaru no Go whenever I watched this. Regardless of that this is a very nice title

Unlike Hikaru no Go, though, this seems to be something that has a heavy focus on the hobby, yes, but it is not the primary focus. It is first and foremost a character-based drama, and the episode 23 drives this point home.Sallad4ever wrote:

You're absolutely right, I can't really put it into words but that exactly how I feels. The focus on the game is not as big as in Hikaru no Go and I do feel the conflict on the character inner self is the emphasis of this animeMogsworth wrote:

Shakugan no Shana Final (season 3) - What an ending. I'm glad the animation quality improved, there was a flashback to the first episode in season one and you could really tell the difference xD Overall a long series (with 72 episodes) but very enjoyable.
