Bad news, as i'm going to leave tomorrow till 3rd of Match for a trip to Prague, i actually can't be online for the next match against Spain.
Actually i haven't discussed with anyone about postponing the match, so if it's a matter to do it i'll just let Pheon, happy30 and Jak64 to play as main team, with Pheon as vice-captain.
Really sorry for that, but it can't be helped :/

What changed: Japan A/Taiwan B and Hong KongB/Taiwan A's match time has been switched.

Why are these so easy
Loctav
Because it's group stage.

Brief information about Knock-out stage

- All #1, #2 in each group will be ascended, while only 4 of 6 #3 teams will be ascended and all #4 in each group will be dropped.
- Opponents will be decided randomly within certain range.
- 4 #1 teams will meet #3 teams in round of 16, while 2 #1 teams will meet #2 teams. 4 #2 teams will have matches with each other.
- I'll make bracelets less likely to meet teams with same groups, but since we had only 6 groups you can meet teams from same groups in certain situation, but at least not in round or 16.

You should record the chooseing of the matches for elimination.
Like a video of you pulling names out of a hat, like they did for OWC.

^@ This wasnt necessary for Group Stage, too. I doubt that we need something like that. D:

Several reasons:

1. I tried that in #1 TWC but everyone ignored that, no one was came though I was ready for streaming. NO ONE. *cries*

2. Internet sucks here. Somehow doing something with foreign sites are incredibly slow while connection with Korean sites are ok. (I guess something is done with internet connections in this dorm?) Due to that, really low resolution with low frame rate which is really hard to recognize something, lol. There is also Korean streaming site but you guys can't access those sites cause every Korean sites requires KSSN when you want to register. (Will be prohibited to gather those things soon, though.)

3. I don't want to show myself to osu guys cause I'm so ugly ;_;

4. Not that good for proceeding TWC with this fast speed, maybe.

I said random but it is actually 'limited random'. I'm still thinking about how I can make good bracelets with those basic laws.

EDIT:
Oh and I swear I didn't do anything about 'random' results, I used random grouping program in previous TWC and functions from Numbers in Mac OS X to group in this TWC. (To evade putting teams from same country in the same group, simple random grouping procedure does not work well so I didn't used the program that I used before in this TWC.)
wmfchris
[serious]of course it's "limited random" because all are consequence of the situation at the moment before. Under Maxwell's demon theory if the computational power is large enough we already know what's the draw result is loooool "True random" is limited to quantum random action only[/serious]

well I prefer letting two teams from the same country not to meet in 1/16 stage as well. This is somehow applied in different elimination tournaments like football Champions league lol

^@: I'll consider that, though in that case the number of cases will be quite limited...
Makar
Eh I think it should be completely random instead of limited random (limited meaning #1s vs #3s and #2s vs #2s)

Hey #1 of teams need some kind of advantage... I guess? (Though it might not be that big...)
