Ooh, +32 SP map. Challenge accepted. Warnings you should change are in red. Cosmetic suggestions are in blue. I'm skipping over the Taiko difficulty (for obvious reasons.)
General Notes
This beatmap has a lot of problems for such a high priority.
Hard
00:16:121 (5)- This kick slider is really weird, falling on a 1/6...I say either delete and place a note on the white tick or delete it and do a two note stack instead.
00:21:576 (10)- New combo. Treading into 14 combos is dangerous.
00:30:848 (4)- These are very far apart on the timeline for it to be stacked under the end of that slider.
00:33:576 (3)- Perhaps you should use the jagged slider found at 00:31:666 (2), given that the instrument used sounds the same.
00:41:212 (5, 1) OH HELL NO. This is an extremely far reaching jump, possibly unrankable. Not only that, but it's hidden under the slider! Aaahhh! Bad! I say for an easy fix while retaining a fair jump, rotate 00:40:121 (5) counter clockwise. Other option: just delete the note, it doesn't fall on anything anyway.

You should be a little more clever with your note placement. You seem to place notes on top of other notes in pseudo stacks very often. That's pretty boring.
00:41:485 (1, 2, 3, 4)- Here's an example of what I mean. You should spread these notes out. They're really boring stacked on top of each other.
00:50:485 (1)- I don't know if this will hurt the 1/2 pattern on this difficulty, but move this 1/4 (blue tick) farther and make it short 1/4 (blue tick.)
00:54:985 (2)- Even if you decide not to do ^, do this anyway, because it doesn't hurt any patterns.
00:59:212 (2)- ^
01:09:303 (7)- Place this somewhere else. Say, x:372, y:88
Easy
There's not that much variety in this difficulty. It's mostly just 1/2 notes in straight lines then straight 2 tick sliders and then 1/2 notes and then whoa watch out here comes a straight 2 tick repeating slider uh oh. SSSSSSNOOOOORRRREEEE. Do mix it up. Add in some nice curved sliders. Throw in some 1/2 notes. Just SOMETHING. It's very possible to make Easy difficulties fun.
That being said, there really isn't much I can do about this difficulty because it's soooo borrrrriiiing.
Okay, that's all. Work on Easy, please.
