Hard added - did a little modding with some minor spacing, removed an unnecessary file (silent tick) and a little combo changes. Also added slider tick rate 2 to a few difficulties.

Alright, the kiai's been fixed, and the .25x taken care of. No changes to the map beyond some slider velocity changes, so we're still good to go here.
