Why not just put an Official Beatmap to be played by players? The player with the highest score gets the Rank.

The point is, making a video of TOP 5/10/20 or w/e is impossible. Making a video of top 5/10/20 or w/e most POPULAR players is very good possible and pretty much easy since almost everyone knows them.
