change BPM to 194
Offset to 2893
Resnap all notes. Even with your current BPM you have a lot of unsnapped notes.

further modding is pointless until you fix this.

I can't open the osz file, it says " Unable to import beatmap 43451 ClariS - Naisho no Hanashi ( TV size ) " What's matter? :|

File is probably corrupt in some way. Try to redownload. If it doesn't work then you're probably screwed.
