Multi-national team will be available when your country lacks Taiko players to make independent team. (That means, unavailable to gather 3 active players.)
A multi-national team consists of 2 players from certain country and 2 players from another country. Other forms won't be available.

If I remember correctly, last TWC was played with 3 people from each country, so you could have a team already if they want to play
