You have to wait until the DVD of K-On is released so they could actually sub with a decent quality which is around... who knows, half a year?

Speaking of the K-On! movie, it was actually nominated for the Japanese Academy Award. The movie in general felt more like a second season preview as opposed to the movie. I won't spoil any more for those planning to watch it.
