00:48:074 (5) - Delete?

Seems a bit short, even though I know easy diffs can be shorter. Are you planning on mapping it all the way? If not, I'd suggest map to about 2:01:329

Hard:
00:36:562 (2,3,4) - The song doesn't sound equally spaced here to me; 3 and 4 (the word "gotta") sound closer than 2 and 3.
I tried several different tactics to space it but wasn't completely satisfied with any, so I might just be wrong.
For the record:

First I tried changing to 1/6- beat and adjusting (3), like so:]

Then I tried doubling the BPM to 172, then moving (3) and 1/8:

Finally I tried resetting it, and using a slider for (3,4) instead of two beats:

If you do change it, note that many sections share a similar rhythm. Such as 00:39:004 (5,6,7), 00:40:399 (2,3,4), 00:41:097 (5,6,7), and all repeats thereof.

00:41:097 (5,6,7,8) - Seems prettier if it would be collinear. Like so:

Same for 00:52:260 (5,6,7,8) and repeats.

02:32:725 (7,8,9) - More intuitive if it was the reflection of (4,5,6) instead of the rotation. Same for repeats, especially at 02:44:062, because there is a slider right before that ends there leaving a burst that might mask it.

Overall, very polished for a map with no other mods! Star.

Gosh... Your beatmaps are so hard to mod because all of beats don't follow vocals... I'd love for you to do instrumental map next time :

I would turn volume of sounds lower by 1/1.5...

Easy:

2:58:539 - This is off for me... Put it 1/4 erlier and shorten it by 1/4? If you don't do that then try to do something else with it pls, cuz this is the only one out of all repeating parts like this what is made as a repeating slider...

Maybe in easy it's so, but in hard many of them follow vocals - check it. I do so, because vocal follow blue ticks (and do it not very well >:(). - and default hitwhistle is just bad to your song, esp. you OVERWHISTLED your map
- i cant mod hitsound for normal and insane because i simply have different hitsounding opinion, sorry for that
- open .osu in notepad and delete useless decimal point on slider velocity

General:

The actual BPM here is 172. If you have it at 86 BPM for kiai time purposes, then at least move the offset to 981 so it looks right in Taiko mode and so the Kiai Time doesn't look as weird. Ideally you would also double the BPM to 172 and half the slider velocity and tick rate so it looks perfect in Taiko mode, but it depends on why it's at 86 BPM in the first place.

Hard:

03:00:283 (4,5) - This jump's kinda random.

Other than that... I LOVED IT!

Press F6. Change the offset to 994 and choose "Snap objects to new timing". Click OK. Your map is now correctly timed! <3
Don't forget to manually fix all the inherited sections, because osu! isn't smart enough to do that for you.
One of the problems with this song is that it's a swing feel, so it should really be done with a beat snap divisor of 1/6, like so:

Too many whistles I think. I'd suggest going for a clap every other beat (in the more prominent sections). Your hitsounds are pretty random too. Try to make them follow the beat.
A lot of the places you've switched to soft hitsounds are unnecessary. The quiet section at the end is fine though.
Combos should (if possible) start at logical places in the music.
00:16:329 (6) - Whistle sliders like this don't really fit in a slow song.
01:15:283 (3) - ^

Hitsounds in this are much better, and the map flows quite well. I still think the whistle sliders are a bit overkill though.

Скажу, как делаю я. сворачиваешь окно с осу при играющей музыке со всеми хитсаундами. Если тошнить не тянет и ритмичненько, то ок, если нет, то фиксь это) это я к тому, что смотришь и вроде ничего, а в папку потянулся, свернул, так сразу уши режет.
В принципе, нормально, но звуки не понравились, когда свернул)
ах да. осб файл,но мне на него всё равно, захочешь - удалишь :3

I wanted change something here - this song is so repeating. Now I remap this part a bit - makes it harder, but better, IMO.
