Woah this caught my attention. xD
But still need a little work.

1. I think you should use capital first letter for every mod (actually only double time have).
2. ^ Same thing for ranking-back, pause-retry, pause-back buttons, max combo - capital first letter looks better.
3. Try making button-middle a little longer.
4. Uh... Cursor err is just cheap. Make something what looks like cursor.
5. Reversearrow is too big, make it smaller.
6. Delete default-dot, default-comma, default-x.png, default-percent, fruit-plate - no used in game.
7. Try making hitcircleoverlay without that "glass" effect and I don't think hitcircle also needs that effect.
8. In skin.ini set ScoreOverlap to 7.

Hmmm did you use (errr edit?) few parts from other skins? (I'm not sure about hitbursts and scorebar-colour) ^^'
Well I think that all for now.
Skin looks interesting and it's original and I like that "back" button animation. :3

i don't steal anything <.< i made all on my own . yeah i was inspired by the windows vista loading bar and i saw it by xiao's nexus skin . that's because i made 20 frames too o_o . but it's made by me xO ! i can show you through skype O: . i just use gimp D:< ~

other thing try to make an .osk file (it is as easy as ranaming a zip file, coz that's what you have to do so everyone can open it)
and if you are too lazy to even do that then make a zip.
but the cursor is bad
and just the name is like a copy of my skin's name (Golden Sapphire), and you annoyed me bout that I mixed very much, so please... I can annoy back if you want...

i don't know how to convert to osk , srsly , xD it's not important . just show how lazy are you when you don't find den skin folder :3

Making osk file isn't important. Yes it helps people a lot while they don't know how to install but still it's problematic while they must update skin.

it just just renaming a .zip file for example Golden Sapphire.zip into an osk -> Golden Sapphire.osk so you see it is xTremely easy

and if you dont want to then even make a zip (has more compatibility than rar coz it is onboard supported @windows XP over.)

Geez if he doesn't want a zip/osk don't force him to do this... It's his skin after all. And you should take care of your skin, because actually it doesn't even have screenshots.

even if there are none in the startpost, there are some later...

and not everybody hast winrar, not to forget that winrar is not free...

And so? There is few others file archivers programs, for example 7-zip is free program and can also extract .rar files.
If you are using Internet you should know few basic programs to use...
