I think your best course of action is to play slower maps for a little while and maybe experiment with the Hidden mod.

It's not really about playing slower maps. Yea there are definitely other good practice songs that are 160 BPM and stuff, but mainly probably what would be best is just to first start with more compressed streams whether at 180 BPM or 150 BPM to gain cursor and rhythmic stability. Don't really have any practice maps tho :(, darkmiz seems to have some okay ones tho ._.

Another question,
I am planning to do some Doubletime beatmaps soon but the problem is like i already told ya, my fingers are too slow
well actually if I use 2 fingers now they are fast enough to do some streams etc.
But for some huge/fast jumps I cant use 2 fingers,
and if I try to do it with 1 finger I just fail...

So to practice 2 fingers speed, I do the Stream compilation map,
but how can I practice 1 finger speed? :/

( btw sry for my crap english :* )

If you mean your singletap speed, then play maps with no streams and only use one finger during the entire map.
It's hard to find maps that have completely no 1/4s in them at all, but you can just use NoFail and ignore the streamy parts while trying to play everything else perfectly with just one finger. Aim to find maps that have long 1/2 circles sections in them, like this for example.

Most people are able to singletap at least 110~120bpm stream speed with little to no training, and anything above that starts getting hard, so try to find maps with DT that end up having 220-240bpm (after the DT) and play those with one finger. Then slowly work up for higher bpms. Don't expect to be able to singletap over 140bpm though, at least not before crazy amounts of training.

Some maps are good for singletap practice without DT too

You can also use a site like this to test your actual singletap/alternating speed (hit buttons for at least 50 times to get a good measure), which would help you know what's your current level - by knowing it, it will be easier for you to look for maps that are suitable for your level to practice on. For example if you know you can singletap 115bpm and alternate on 180bpm, look for non-streamy 230bpm maps (153bpm+DT works, etc) and for streamy 180~ bpm maps, etc.

Went over the thread again and looks like nobody actually said this clearly:

To stream well on really long streams, you need to have 2 things:
1. Speed
2. Endurance
(accuracy is important too, but it will come naturally once you have the speed and endurance to do streams correctly. Without the speed and endurance to do them, don't even think about getting good accuracy)

You may be able to stream at a certain speed for a few notes, but your fingers would get tired after a short while and you wouldn't be able to keep it up.

Training those two skills is different.

To train your endurance, you need to play very long streams in a speed that you can manage. And I mean /very long/. Try this map (with nofail). You might not be able to finish it in your first few tries because your fingers would hurt, but after enough tries it'll suddenly feel easy and effortless to click everything and you'll start caring more about how accurately you can click it and not whether you can at all.

To train your speed, however, you need to play maps with short streams (3-9 notes is optimal) in a speed above the current speed you can manage. Trying to play those at the best of your ability will improve your speed usually much better than just trying to longstream in speeds you can't do. Here's a few maps you can try:

I can't really think of good maps at your level (though I don't know how fast you can single tap). What I did was just doubletime average insanes/hards that are 140~150BPM with DT (equivalent to 210~230BPM) that aren't very streamy before. I never really worried about these things, I just played. And also, no fail is going to be your best friend during practice :P (It's my best friend already xD).

http://osu.ppy.sh/s/22182 this might be an okay map for you to single tap. But that's all I can think of lol.

I only know maps for more intense single tapping/stream training :/

Single tapping val0108's maps are usually decent training ( http://osu.ppy.sh/s/29691 or http://osu.ppy.sh/s/34097 or http://osu.ppy.sh/s/41686 and probably a few more)
There's also http://osu.ppy.sh/s/15486 + DT

but as I said, those are quite hard to do. I don't know if you can do it yet. If you can, feel free to try them then.

Playing random maps at the right tempo is good enough imo lol. You don't really need specific maps (though maybe i think that because that's what i did for the most part :S, and maybe that's why my play count is so high and i'm still not that good :( )

Big thanks to you Aqo :3 ( to everyone else ofcourse too )

Sad that my single finger speed is very very slow....
I cant even pass 100 bpm <.<
( Tested your link.. )
And Endurance....
I cant even pass the Nyan Cat Collab map..
After 50% of the Beatmap my fingers start hurting >.<

Considering you've only been playing for barely 3 months you're doing great already. Knowing your own limits would help you know which level of maps to practice on and solve your problem of "everything is either too hard or too easy for me". Like winber said, NoFail is your new best friend, start challenging yourself on maps that are exactly at the edge of your ability (you can singletap 100? So play 200bpm maps with one finger, a different finger each time, etc. everything between 180-220bpm would be good doesn't have to be exactly 200) and you'll notice a very fast improvement as well as a confidence boost.

Does it help training on the same map over and over again or should I just random pick?

training the same map over and over is bad. end of story. Basically what happens is that you begin to develop muscle memory just for that map, so you won't actually be able to decipher spacing (for jumps and streams) as well compared to different maps. You need to train in variety.

Okay to my last question...

At first I used keys like x/y ( y is next to the x key on german keyboard) or c/v
then I turned my keyboard 90° and used +/- on the numpad.

What keys do you use or advise me to use?

I don't why you would need to turn the keyboard sideways lol. I use z/x (or y/x in your case), and I never changed. Any keys are good unless something is wrong with your keyboard, and certain keys don't work as well. Do what feels comfortable.

I remember seeing someone on Youtube who played with their keyboard vertical like that. I hadn't even thought about that until I saw him playing that way. I agree that it's about comfort. I actually really like how my fingers and palm rest when I play using z/x, so I never personally had reason to change it. You're not likely to find an optimal configuration here. However, I recall musing once that I think maybe using the space key with another key might be bad, because that key is not as evenly weighted. Anyway, that's just a thought.

Use the otherwise somewhat useless +/- numpad keys so that if those keys break you will still be able to type. Its a good idea.

OP raises something interesting. I happen to have a problem with 110 BPM streams because they are too fast to single-tap and too slow to alternate. I could fix it someday by improving my tap speed, but then I wonder if I'll have the same problem with 140bpm streams...
