This is not a feature request. In any case, anything related to osu!web should be directed at https://github.com/ppy/osu-web/issues
Also I do believe authorize/authorise is both correct like say color/colour.

"Authorise" is a correct spelling of the word outside of the US. This also applies to other words with the -ize ending: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_and_British_English_spelling_differences#-ise,_-ize_(-isation,_-ization)
