Hi guys, I always normally played osu! in all these years without lag or anything.
But lately, from when the new osu! update released, I'm getting problems while playing, sometimes my keyboard input goes late, so I get many 100s, or even more, sometimes I don't even get the input and I miss completely. I tried restarting my pc, plugging and unplugging my keyboard, installing the drivers of my keyboard and some other stuff, but the problem still persist. What to do? I don't wanna format my pc again after 2 weeks, seriously. Thanks for any help! |

Problem still occurs, tried installing new video drivers, new tablet drivers, new keyboard drivers, and so on.
I can play normally but suddenly sometimes my clicks doesn't work, then I miss. It's making me rage badly, what do you guys suggest to do? Oh, I also tried cleaning everything, my computer, my keyboard, my mouse, my tablet, and so on, as well. |

After I came back around June 10th the problem magically solved itself (please note that this was even before the big update). And I didn't changed anything durng this time like running new programs in the background and such. Maybe one should ask saiko-chriskun about this too, because he got the same problem here. |

Bumping this thread because I am having the same problem - it never existed on my old laptop, but recently I got a new one (Windows 7 instead of previously on Vista). At first I figured it was the OS/Tablet so I used that guide that is stickied but the problem still exists even after a few days of use. It only happens while actually playing and input in the chat is not delayed (and I was playing fine before, this even happens on very easy maps so I know its not my playing). It is also the same problem described here p/1493957 Also, I have mouse clicks and my touch pad disabled so its not like im accidentally clicking that way either. It also happens in taiko. I tested while playing a constant stream of dons and some input didnt register or was lagged. I'm using unlimited FPS too
If anybody else has had this problem in the past and have fixed it in some way, please share.  |
