Implementing full options menu for IRC users

Since the recent modifications to the chat system, namely regarding the linkage of status of IRC accounts with their actual user, I think it would be cool if the full menu could now be displayed when you click on their name. Additionally, I propose a notification or indicator on the options menu that indicates whether they're chatting in-game or via an IRC client

Edit: For those with reading disabilities:

Obviously the spectate option would need to be removed for IRC users, but the other options would still be useful.

Many times yes, this would also be helpful for regular in-game users in identifying who's who when they're on IRC.

Leaving the spectate option available for IRC users seems like a better option, though.
