A) Play through Bioshock to make amends for not playing through Bioshock

B) Accept and endure eternal scorn from your Internet peers

The choice is yours and I will accept the decision you arrive at (note you will still be subjected to the aforementioned scorn if you go with B)

i am honestly disappointed in the sheer number of people who haven't played that game

I pirated Bioshock 1 and 5 mins into playing it, I bought the game.

I then refused to play BS2 until I bought it.

True story, the game is well worth its money.

The only thing Bioshock had ever done for me is millions of millions of terrible Nautilus laners.

You guys can tell me whatever you want about it, I don't have a good PC (if we can even call it a PC) and it probably can't run it.
(And even if it could, playing video games would be one of the last things I'd want to do right now.)
