Problem Details:
При запуске игры в разрешение 800х600 исчезли чёрные полосы, а картинка растянулось как всё вернуть обратно ?

It depends on your gpu, but try going into your gpu’s crontrol pannel and find something on scaling. Then see if you can set it to aspect ratio instead of full screen. What you gpu do you have?

I don't think this is necessarily related to their GPU. Most likely just need to enable Letterboxing in osu!'s settings.
