Everyone was a beginner at one point. It sounds like you are basically asking someone to create an entire skin for you, which I doubt someone will randomly do. You'll have more luck finding people who can help you if you have very specific questions about skinning in general, need help achieving some specific effect, etc.

At least try on your own. There are plenty of resources available that you can use. For example, these threads are pinned to the top of this subforum:
