idk if this is the right place for me to post this but every time i open osu it doesnt connect to bancho for like 5 mins

Most likely an internet issue on your end. Assuming you have a stable internet connection that isn't super slow, here are just some general things to try that may or may not help:

Flush your DNS (https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html)
Release/Renew ipconfig (https://www.tp-link.com/us/faq-840.html)
Restart your modem/router
Restart your computer
