Hmm using a tablet and only a small fraction of touches work.

x220t touch in win8 cp is still not working properly :<
Still have to "double touch" or "slide" in order to get it registered in osu. Same with using a pen

try turning "tablet pc" support on or off (restart osu! after turning off) in Options > Input.

Oh hey, very excited about this update, especially the option to disable video while mapping (since I already get huge fps drops (I frequently drop<10fps when normal running at 120) when in windowed mode) this will definitely be useful.

it worked fine for the computer with win8 dp though.

If you mean the rank letters, read the first post.
If you mean actual local scores, then nothing has changed with them. Should they not be working, it is unrelated to this release.

Did you fix the video preview on all beatmaps that has a video inside yet?
