Problem details: I uploaded a banner (2000x700) in osu! but it didnt work.. i'm osu supporter, help me please thanks!

There is an issue open on GitHub for this here: https://github.com/ppy/osu-web/issues/3971

Perhaps try commenting saying you are having the same issue and provide the image you tried to upload because it doesn't look like that was provided originally.
