If you completely uninstalled the game (i.e. your files aren't just in your recycling bin), no, there is not going to be a 100% surefire way to get your maps back. If you made a backup within the time you had the game installed, you can try that.
What you can also do is check your profile for your most played maps and redownload those manually. If you are a
supporter you can also search the beatmap listing for any maps you have previously played. Both of these will methods will not work for any unranked or unsubmitted maps you lost though.
