Problem Details:
In this beatmap I found there is a difference between osu!2012 and osu! latest version.
Background picture is hiden in osu!2012 but latest osu! is show background.
I think ppy not notice there are storyboard commands before background/video layout.?

BTW, in this beatmap,Why main background won't be shown? It seems main background object was replaced with another object which from osb file:
