[Archived] problem at beatmapping

Problem Details:
Hi, so i tried to make my first "serious" beatmap and when its done its has 400+ objects. but when i pressed update to latest pending version it takes back to 200 objects. i spend 8 hours making it. is there any way to restore it?

The update to latest version button updates your map to the latest version that was uploaded to the website. It should warn you that you are going to discard your local changes when you press it on your own map. In order to update your beatmap you need to go through the beatmap submission system (the same way you initially uploaded it).

Unfortunately, unless you had the map saved somewhere else, or you had some backup made, there probably isn't a way to get your local changes back.
