I agree with this too (just with cup being the easiest nstead of sallad). Shouldn't people vote on these to make the names oficial? Y'know, to make things start moving.

These are the poll presettings. You may state in the opening post, that the first two Yes-options may decide, if there should be 5 preset diffnames (in the order ENHIX) or 6 (ENHIXY). The setting would be "xxx's CtB <input specific diff names here>"
The rest is pretty self-explanatory.

If we got ENHIXY we have to determine what are X and Y. I suggest something like X = Approval for very long maps (huge combo but not so hard, it fits well with "overdose" imo), and Y = Approval for pro difficulty (AR10 mapping for example, fits well with Deluge).

Or maybe i'm totally wrong and my vision of ENHIXY is false ? stop me if so.

This is about the possible difficulty spread (and names) of the CTB difficulties, not the ammount of difficulties in a mapset

In a way, I say yes. It's like for taiko : Futsuu, Muzukaishii, Oni, Inner Oni, etc.
In the other way, Ctb-Easy; Ctb-Normal; Ctb-Hard; Ctb-Insane; Ctb-Whateveryouwant seems simple.

You need to clarify the game mode in the diff name. For newcomers "fruit" is no gaming mode, but "CtB" is.
So as in Taiko, CtB needs to appear in the diff name self.
