When I open my osu the first few seconds are fine but then the latency goes to 22ms and fps to about a 100. Sometimes when I alt+tab osu crashes. I can't figure out why. Have tried compatibility mode and new drivers and such. Normally don't have anything in the background. LaptopComputer in high performance mode. I got this computer three days ago. My previous laptop has a i5-520m and intel hd graphics (The laptop was like 10 years old and it run osu just fine like 7ms and 230fps in menu and 4ms and 60hz playing a beatmap)

My specs:
i3-7130U
Intel HD Graphics 620
4GB RAM

EDIT: Now is running better but not nearly as good as it would normally. Like 11ms but still about 100fps.
Crashes everytime I alt+tab.

Can you please provide your crash log?

Here's how to do that.

Also, have you already tried updating your graphic drivers?

I tried updating the driver and it's running better now. It doesn't crash on alt+tab anymore, but everytime I restart osu the first beatmap I play lags at the loading. Here's the crash log:

Make sure you have Discord overlay disabled in case you're using it.

Also, close any other application while playing osu!.

I have discord closed while playing osu. All the programs i have open are Norton Security and my mouse and tablet drivers (as background processes).
Andrea
Make sure osu! is added in the exceptions of your anti-virus.

If all doesn't work, going back to an older version of the intel driver can be a solution. Newest doesn't always mean best.
