00:12:277 (5,6) - i find this boring because it goes of the sudden pauses and it goes around in a circle. how about doing something like this. since this is going for app, i think this might give a nice challenge to players.
00:14:459 (4,5) - same as above but face it vertically.
00:49:096 (6,7) - I suggest that you make this look like a triangle like this. again this looks fun because of the jump. remember to stack (7) at the end of (3) of you do so.
00:50:732 (6) - hmm replace this for a circle and a 1/1 slider. IMO this follows the instrumental and vocals accurately and make the 1/1 slider a NC because the vocals start.
00:58:096 (7) - a NC here because it follows the guitar.
00:58:914 (13) - how about stacking this on the slider so that it can be a bit easier?
01:33:959 (3) - a NC here because of new lyrics
01:49:368 - perhaps add a spinner here and end it till 01:50:459 to follow the long pause?
02:00:687 - i'm fine with the 1st break but remove the break for this 1 because the warning arrows appear right when the notes are hit. this is what it's like during gameplay

01:29:732 ~ 01:33:005 - This stream is very long and should be shortened. Consider that the high BPM ( 220 ) makes streams very tiring, esp the long ones. Players will probably miss at this stream, so it's better to shorten it by dividing it into a few shorter streams. ( eg Each stream is not longer than 9 notes )

02:29:119 ~ 02:31:914 - Same as above, and this time the patterns are also very confusing, which increased the difficulty a lot. I strongly suggest you simplifying it ~

04:30:823 ~ 04:34:778 - Although the patterns are repeating, players may probably miss this because of the increased speed and the confusing finishes. Consider reducing the speed to around x1.2 ?

Just saying that the Taiko BG is not cut perfectly. The name of the song and mappers in the BG are slightly cut ( as seen here ). Maybe it's better to remake the BG / SB ...?
