I heard from a person on Discord that osu! skins can have "Danger" animations, but I really need help on how to program one, please.
In this case, I want the "Danger" animation to replace the background every other second when the health is in "No" or "!" ranges, while it cancels out when health goes back to "Yes" range. The "Danger" animation files would go to an animated JPEG, GIF or looping AVI file.
