Heya, Im looking for some help with info on supporter aswell as some ingame problems i might be having, so when i go to download with direct, it says to check my internet connection and ultimately doesnt download my songs. then my name isnt yellow like other supporters. What do i do?

Your own name will always appear white for yourself in chat. Others will view you as a darker yellow color.

Make sure nothing osu! related is being blocked in your firewall. Flush your DNS, release/renew your ipconfig, and restart your modem/router.

If that doesn't seem to work , change your release stream in settings to Cutting Edge, let the game download the update and restart. Then, try downloading a few maps through Direct. If you are still getting the same issue, please provide the network.log file located inside your osu!\Logs folder.
