Timing sounds good on my end.

00:38:26 (9,10) - Probably better if they were a bit further from (8).
02:05:76 (7) - Sounds better 1/4 earlier. End it at the same place, possibly 1/4 later?
03:00:36 (1) - Sounds better 1/4 earlier. Also end it 1/4 earlier. (Or what would be 1/4's at regular BPM)

Need some kind of background, imo. The song's just too lively for it to be all black.

Normal:

00:40:46 (5) - Maybe end this 1/2 beat earlier? It can go either way though I think.

Other than that, looks really good.

Hard:

01:17:66 (1) - I would either extend this by a beat and 1/2 (to the white tick at around 1:20:90) or just have a beat here instead of the slider.
02:40:46 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,2,3) - Think you can make this a bit more readable?

02:51:66 (1,1,1,1,2,3,1,1) - Same here.
02:53:26 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - And again.
02:59:26 (1) - Place under the 4.

With the unreadable stuff in hard. If you rename hard to insane, I'll let you keep it.
