Problem Details: Game stutters / rewinds a bit only at the beginning of some songs. The notes and song desync afterwards.

I tried switching to Cutting Edge version and the problem persists. Also tried restarting computer with no luck.

Make sure your universal offset is set to 0 in the options menu.
