i can't download maps now
shows that it gets but in the end the field with map downloading disappears and nothing happens

Please switch to the Cutting Edge release stream from the options menu. After you've done that, try downloading a few maps through osu!direct/multiplayer. If you're still experiencing the same behavior please provide the "network.log" and "runtime.log" files from your osu!\Logs folder.

how can i give u the logs?? copy/paste??
Copy/paste is fine, or you can use a website like pastebin and send the links, either one works.
