[Archived] Input lag or some sort of lag.

Hello. From time to time I get some weird lags in Osu! and I don't know where they're coming from. Whenever it happens the small boxes which are on the right bottom corner goes red, I don't know what you are calling them. Not sure how to fix this issue.

go into windows settings > personalize > colours > disable the transparency effects if you're on win10

I'm on Windows 7 and that kinda thing doesn't help.

try capping/uncapping your fps ingame

Check the apps and processes running in the background while playing. Try closing them one by one, or all at the same time. Something is likely slowing things down.

They shouldn't slow down on a decent PC, I can't believe that. But there isn't anything abnormal running in the background anyways.
