[Archived] How can I change my flag?

I've been living in Paraguay some years, in that time I started playing osu!, but when I came back to Spain my flag didnt change. I just want my rank in the spanish ranking, can someone help me?

Send an email to accounts@ppy.sh with some proof of residency: passport, drivers license, etc in a picture displayed next to your monitor with the client open and you logged in.
